Cricut Cardz Challenge #52

Hi everyone,

Just want to welcome all of my new followers and to say thanks so much for following my blog, I really do appreciate it!

Time for another Cricut Cardz Challenge!!! This weeks theme is to make a Christmas card with "Just Words" You can not use any other cricut cut image. You may choose any cart and colors you'd like.

Now onto a little bit of inspiration, I used my Gypsy to create a tall card which measures 4x9, it fits into your standard size business envelope. The word I chose was "Winter" from the Gypsy Wanderings, it's cut at 3 x 7.41 inches. Considering we couldn't use any other cricut cut image, that's where color and embellishments had to come in to play. I needed something to make it pop! I thought, white, black and red should do the trick. The winter needed a bit more...hmmm, embossing, swiss dots..... wonderful, looks almost like snow, added some snow flake brads and some ribbon, another challenge complete.

Here is my take on the "Just Words" challenge. Now it's time to see yours, let's get those creative minds to thinking, link your post to the Cricut Cardz Challenge, invite someone to join in on the fun!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!

My Creative Time/The ABC Challenge

Hi everyone,

Just want to welcome all my new followers and say thanks so much for following my blog!

Time for challenges, seems like I haven't been joining much challenges lately, only making cards for the teams that I am on. So I am very happy to have the chance to enter these.

This card will be entered into Emma's My Creative Time, her challenge is to use From My Kitchen cart, anything to do with food! The ABC Challenge, G is for Glitter.

I made this card using my gypsy, I chose the pear hid the rest of the fruits , cut it at 2 different sizes 2.5 and 3" I thought glitter paper would look great for those. I got the flower shaped card from the Smiley Cards cart, added some faux stitching with a ribbon to enhance my project added the sentiment.... I thought it turned out pretty good, here is my take on their challenges!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!

M.A.G. Challenge by the Page #3

Hi everyone,

I just want to welcome all my new followers and to say thanks for following my blog!

It's time for another M.A.G Challenge, I hope everyone is excited as I am. We have really enjoyed looking at your entries, reading your comments and seeing how many new followers we have.

We have a guest designer for this week, Andrea from Love is in the details, has created her project for our challenge, so please take the time to swing by her blog, check out all her wonderful creations.

Be on the look out, the next guest designer could be you!

Now on to our project for this week, We are using Doodlecharms page 93, remember to use only the images from this page, everything else has to be embellishments!!

I chose to make mini cards with matching box (remember, this can be any kind of project, not just cards).

Cards are 3 1/2 x 2 1/2
Box made with 2 small envelopes (template) , added two 1 1/2 x2 side tabs and measured 1 3/4 x12" pattern paper to put around the outside, used a punch for extra design, added my dragonflies, stamped sentiments and my project was complete.

I hope you enjoy my take on our challenge, now it time to see yours! Please invite your friends and most of all just have fun!!

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!
