Southern Girls Challenge (INT)

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to post something today, however, I don't like posting without it being in a challenge. So I went to pile it on and found a challenge at Southern Girls Challenge for Anything Goes.

I made these cards for two of my blogging buddies, they were from a set of 6 and here are the two I chose for this entry. I believe I got the cuts from Create a Critter and Twinkle Toes.

M.A.G. Challenge by the Page #8

Hi everyone,

Wow, have we got a challenge for you!!! This week we were to create a project from Paper Doll Dress Up cart, using only page 48,

the body is not on this page...OMG!!! It was soo difficult for me, couldn't think of anything to do for days. I took my handbook to work and was showing one of my co-workers the page and she said the horse and dragon reminded her of something in a baby's room... Now I had something to work with, finally, at least I thought. I made a L/O which took me allllllll day, turned out, I didn't care for it...lol, back to my crafting room again... I came up with this adorable double pocket fold baby card, It can hold a gift card or money, it measures 4x5 1/2, the dragon is cut at 3.44x3.96 (gypsy). Then I went into my sticker stash and found the balloons and the letters added some ribbon, star, googly eye and a button to finish off my card. I just loved how it turned out, and this took me just about an hour or so, whew another challenge complete.

Now here is my take on our challenge, it's time for you to get those creative juices flowing, invite a friend to join in on the fun and to link your project to M.A.G. Challenge by the Page by 11:59 pm on 12/22/10.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a blessed day!

Paisley page 59, what's unique about our challenge is that you can only use the images on the page that is randomly chosen!!! I looked at this page and said hmmm, what am I gonna create with a hair dryer??? Absolutely nothing, hahahahaha... I chose the heart and flower, decided to make a Christmas tree out of the hearts and the flower as a topper, added bling for lights, went into my sticker stash for presents, added some ribbon and my sentiment, put it on a z fold card and here is my take on our challenge!

I hope this gave you a little bit of inspiration for your project and maybe you can do what I couldn't.... make something with the hair dryer...lol.
