Celebrate the Occasion #41

Happy Tuesday!

It's time for Celebrate the Occasion #41! I do have to say I just love this card, as soon as I seen this sketch. I knew I wanted to use stamps for my creation. In order for me to use all the stamps I had chose and the mats I was using, I had to make the card 6x7. Green, black and white was the perfect color combination for me. Sometimes the colors that you choose makes all the difference. I love it!

Birthday Card!

Happy Friday!!!

I have just finished black Friday shopping and have purchased more cricut lite carts at a really good price too!!! Menard's had a wonderful sale 12.99, got there a little late, so they were picked over but I still did well, there were 6 I didn't have, so of course I got those!  :)

Blog problems!! UPDATE!!

Hi everyone,  I am having problems with my blog only showing one post at a time. I do have my blog set to show 10 post per page.  However, if I post more than one in the same day it will show, if I skip a day of posting it only shows that day. If anyone can help me with this problem, I would greatly appreciate it!

Cricut Cardz Challenge #96

Happy Wednesday!

Time for another CCC, this weeks challenge is "Christmas: Say it with S!" Make a card for Christmas using an image that starts with the letter S, using any cartridge(s) and any colors you'd like. I am using Birthday Bash for my card base and Celebrate with Flourish for my skates. I tried to use the same colors as CWF cart,  it was just the perfect color combo. My embossing folder is Diamond by Sizzix. The ribbon is from Michael's out of the dollar bin, My sentiment is from Cardz TV Stamps you may pick up your set here!  I think this is one of my favorites.

Cardz TV Design Team Challenge #1

Happy Friday!!

Welcome to the first Cardz TV Stamps Design Team Challenge!!!!!  This week we are creating cards that's "Just My Style". One of my favorite things to do are card folds, I love finding or creating different folds, I try to keep everything clean and simple,but this one has a little bit more. 

On one of the blogs I follow Crafting with Katie she has a tutorial on how to make this tri-fold card using your gypsy, since I do not have the E2 which has a cartridge for this particular fold, I wanted to try it her way. I do have to say, she did a wonderful job on creating the base. Of course I had to make it my own. So here is what I came up with, I hope you enjoy it!

Products used:

Stamped Sentiment: Cardz TV

Papers:  Coordinations, Recollections DCWV, Creative Memories and Walmart White Card Stock

Twine: We R Memory Keepers

Button: Walmart Dollar Bin

Glitter Glue: Martha Stewart

Adhesives: ATG and Zig 2 way glue

Celebrate the Occasion #39

Hi everyone!!!!

It's time for Celebrate the Occasion #39, this week we are to create a Thanksgiving card, you must use a punch! Since Thanksgiving comes partially in fall,  I thought it would be nice to make a fall/Thanksgiving card. I really enjoy the fall season and haven't really created enough cards for it. I hope you enjoy my creation!

M.A.G. Challenge by the Page #52!!

Happy Veteran's Day! 11/11/11

It's Friday and time for another M.A.G. Challenge!! I hope your up to it this week, it's so fun, we are using the Simply Charmed Cartridge page 75!!

I do have to say I really enjoyed making this card.  When doing Mag Challenges you really have to be creative, since you can only use the images on this page!

So, a couple of weeks ago I won some blog candy from Love To Crop, it had all these small card stock squares with all sorts of colors, love them!! I also used my circle punch, corner rounder for "Go Wild" and some twine, to make my 5x5 card more fun! I love, love, love how my card turned out!!!   Lol, so much LOVE!!

Now let's see you "Go Wild" with this challenge and break into your embellishment stash to help design your Simply Charmed card page 75 images! Tell your friends about our fun filled challenge! You may link your project to M.A.G Challenge by the Page!

Cricut Cardz Challenge #95 at Cardz TV!!

Time for Cricut Cardz Challenge #95! This is the month that has been set a side to celebrate the things we are "Thankful" for and so for this challenge we are to create a card with the topic, "We're So Thankful" Make a card for Thanksgiving using the card feature from any cartridge(s) you'd like, using any colors you'd like. I am using Straight from the Nest cartridge this week, I found this cute little tree and thought it was just perfect, since we are in the fall season. My sentiment "Thankful for you" is from Cardz TV Stamps and you may purchase your set here!

Celebrate the Occasion #37

Happy Tuesday!!

Hi everyone, time for CTO #37, this week we are to create a project with a "Fall Theme -Must have pumpkin". Here is the card I made for this challenge, I am using Freshly Picked and Lacy Labels for my cartridges. The pumpkin is cut at 4.31 and the card base is at 4.55 welded using the gypsy. I hope you enjoy it!
