M.A.G. Challenge by the Page # 24

Hi everyone,

Welcome to M.A.G. Challenge by the Page #24!! This week we are to create a project using the From My Kitchen cartridge page 53, remember we can only use the images on this page! I chose the bottom layer of the mitten, used it as the main border and added a punch through each scallop, it is cut at 11.30. I had to raid my sticker stash on this one, since Spring is in the air, I thought it was just perfect for the season. I embossed my white paper for texture, used Joy's All Around Sentiment stamps, added ribbon and a button to complete my card.

Hi everyone, 

It's time for Design Team Thursday!! I was inspired by "Aye hope you have a Great Birthday, Matey" from Joy's Life Your So Punny Stamps. I chose my image from the Rock Princess cartridge and it's cut at 4.0. The paper is from "the all about Girls stack" by DCWV,  and I added a bow to complete my project.

Cricut Cardz Challenge#72

Hi everyone,

Welcome to Cricut Cardz Challenge #72!! We are to create a Mother's Day card using the card feature and it must have a flower! I chose my flower from Home Decor cartridge. I am using this flower image , cut twice on the shadow feature and welded together, added my over lay (everything is cut at 5.21) My patterned paper is from K&Company Sweet Nectar stack and my black paper is from Recollections. I added a bow, button, hemp and faux stitching to enhance my project. This was very simple and cute!

Welcome to challenge #11 for Celebrate the Occasion, we are to make a Mother's Day creations this week. I made an A2 size card, all of the printed paper is from DCWV  Lemon flower stack, love it!! The plain yellow and black papers are from Recollections. The rose is from Happily Ever After, it's cut at 3.00  and the scalloped circles are from Gypsy Font and they are cut at 3.80 and 3.50. I added ribbon to finish my card.

M.A.G. Challenge by the Page #23

Hi everyone,

Welcome to M.A.G. Challenge, this week we are to use the Forever Young cartridge page 44. Remember we can only use the images that are on this page, everything else has to be embellishments!

I chose the umbrella and it's cut at 4.00 The pattern paper is from DCWV,  the Flower Shower Spring Stack. I used the computer to create my sentiment, I just thought it would go well with the season. My flower are from "doodlebug design inc. paper posies."  I embossed the umbrella with Swiss Dots.

Welcome to Design Team Thursday, I have a cricutless image for you today. We were to create a project that had to do with Romance, Love, etc... I purchased a  wedding stamp set that fit the project perfectly. The young lady looks so pretty. I used Me and my  Big Ideas patterned paper, colored in the designs and added some bling in the center." Love You" is from Joy's Life All Around Sentiments, I think it turned our pretty good!

I created a shape card for this week, the overalls are cut at 9.53 and welded together using the gypsy. I used Joy's life Father and Son Stamps set for the sentiment added some faux stitching and there you have it!

Welcome to Design Team Thursday! My card today is inspired by "Thanks a Melon" from Joy's Life Your So Punny Stamp Set. I used the Simply Charmed cartridge, the melon is cut at 2.48, all of the papers used for the melon are from my scraps. The mat paper is from DCWV the Lemon Flower Matstack. My white and Black papers are from Recollections. I added a flower button compliments of Girlia from Girlia's Cards... make sure you visit her blog, she's great!! I also added a little bit of hemp, doodling and faux stitching to complete my card!

Cricut Cardz Challenge #70

Our challenge this week for Cricut Cardz Challenge is to use a cupcake holder or wrapper using any cartridge and any colors. I used the Sweet Treats cartridge and my cupcake holder image is cut at 5.5, the flower is cut at 5.5 and the scalloped circle is at 7.2. The patterned paper is from K & Company the Designer Paper Stack, the brown and ivory are from Recollections. My sentiment is from the Father and Son Stamps by Joy's Life.

Celebrate the Occasion #9 Team 1

Hi everyone,

Time for Celebrate the Occasion #9, our challenge this week is to create and Easter or Spring project and it must have a punch!

I created a card using the A Child's Year cartridge, I seen this little girl flying a kite, it just brings back childhood memories for me! The image is cut at 5.34. I used DCWV the Stripes, Dots and Plaids stack as well as scraps. I added some doodling and used a Martha Stewart punch. My sentiment is from Joy's Life the You're So Punny Stamp set!

This week we are to use Doodlecharms page 110. For my creation I chose to use the basic A2 size card. The hat is cut at 3.97 and the tag at 3.45. I created my own face for the little guy. My plain papers are from Recollection and my patterned paper is from the Stripes, Dots and Plaids by DCWV. My sentiment is from Joy's All Around Sentiment Stamp set.

Today's card is inspired by "Friends make life SWEET" from Joy's Yummy Pun Stamps. I knew I wanted a girlie theme this week and I had recently purchased DCWV "the all about GIRLS stack" of paper... I just LOVE IT! I thought I would do an S or Z fold card today. The card base is made using the gypsy, I measured it at 4.25 x 10.50. I then chose the shadow feature boots from the Forever Young cartridge cut at 5.38 and they are welded to the card base so now it measures 4.25 x 11.0. All the rest of my designs are from The DCWV GIRLS paper stack! I added some hemp and ribbon to complete my card, I just love it!

Easter Bunny Blog Hop!!!

Now onto my project, we were to create anything Easter related. I went to Michael's this week and they had a wonderful .10cent sale!! I purchase the rest of the recipe boxes that they had, including some other goodies!


I spruced up the box into an Easter box using semi-non-traditional Easter Colors. I also made a matching card! The cartridges I used are A Child's Year, Paper Doll Dress Up, Disney-Pooh and Friends, Storybook and Gypsy Wanderings.
