Paper Cutz Challenge

I am entering this card in to the Paper Cutz Challenge, I used the Celebrations Cart for this card. The criteria for this challenge is: For challenge # 52, make a card, LO or craft project on any theme you'd like, using red, white, blue, black and yellow ONLY.
